Multi-function Instrument Panel - Circular tachometer with a backlit white dial and LCD panel showing engine coolant temperature, speed, odometer, battery voltage, air temperature, fuel consumption, code-based diagnostics, and signals for 200 and 100 rpm before redline. The panel also indicates time, routine service interval, and anti-theft system status. Stopwatch function ideal for track riders.

Mirrors with Integrated Indicators –Quick-detach rear view mirrors with integrated turn indicators. Easy mirror removal for track use and improved aerodynamics.
Adjustable Rake - The front fork rake is adjustable between 23.5 degrees and 24.5 degrees via a specially designed eccentric in the steering head – a Ducati feature that allows tuning for individual tracks or riding style.
Radial Master Cylinders - Radial front brake and clutch master cylinders with integrated reservoirs. Simplified by eliminating hoses and connection brackets due to the integrated reservoirs. The assembly is strong (no hoses), easy to install and compact.
Steering Damper - Ducati designed steering damper gives improved steering accuracy and stability, thus also improving motorcycle road behavior under any riding conditions.
Showa Forks -An upside-down 43 millimeter Showa front fork with low friction TiN (Titanium-nitride) treatment and fully adjustable Showa rear shock allow for maximum road hold under changing conditions. TiN treatment minimizes stiction and improves overall suspension performance.
Front Brakes - Four-piston, four-pad “triple bridge” brake calipers with non-visible screws (racing type) 4.5 millimeter discs are set in a more outward position. The brake system is the result of advanced racing technology. Increased outward position improves brake cooling and therefore brake system efficiency. 4.5 millimeter thickness reduces unsprung weight and moment of inertia of the wheel, thus improving handling and steering.

Innovative Radiator - In this innovative double core radiator water inlet and outlet are both situated at the bottom on the same side. This improves ease of assembly and decreases the number of components. Moreover, it allows the installation of the majority of electronic parts on the left side of the motorcycle, allowing easier and faster servicing of the right side timing belts.
CAN Electronic Management - Electronic system management via CAN line technology (Controller Area Network) used by Ducati for the first time on a motorcycle. CAN line technology greatly simplify the electrical system by reducing the number of wires and connectors. The system reduces weight by 3.2 kilograms and makes servicing easier.
Immobilizer – Anti-theft immobilizer system for added security. The motorcycle can be started only if the individually programmed ignition key is used.
Adjustable Riding Position - Tank-seat unit set to individual riding style by selecting one of three different positions fore and aft which allow a total 20 millimeter adjustment (single-seat version only).
Showa Rear Shock - Showa rear shock absorber with fully adjustable preload, compression and rebound. Full adjustability suits all riding style and load conditions.
Adjustable Foot Pegs - Five positions enable the rider to choose a position based on personal preference.
999R Style Swingarm - Braced, fabricated, aluminum replica of the swingarm from the 999R Factory that dominated the 2003 World Superbike Championship.
Asymmetric Single-Silencer Exhaust - Revolutionary asymmetric exhaust system with single high volume silencer. It simplifies and reduces the exhaust system size, while simulating equal length pipes for optimum performance. Its shape exploits completely the space in the rear-bike, giving exhausted gases a huge volume.
Heat Shield - A black anodized silencer heat shield improves aesthetics.
Reduces Emissions - Catalyzed exhaust compliant with Euiro2 regulations for reduced emissions. The motorcycle can enter city centers that are closed to non-catalytic vehicles.
Chain Adjuster - Chain adjusters slide parallel to the ground so as not to change ride height and suspension settings.
Brembo/Marchesini Wheels - Five-spoke Y-shaped wheel rims. Y-shaped spokes offer twice the rim bearing surfaces compared to “classic” five-spoke wheels. This improves stiffness-to-weight ratio.
