Despite the extensive preparation for this event DMD Racing endured one of their most challenging and humbling race weekends to date.  We would like to thank all of our sponsors for their support as we re-group and set our sites on the local championship in WMRRA along with joining us in wishing our star rider:  Jimmy Moore, a fast and complete recovery from his incident in practice.  Jimmy suffered a fractured foot as a result of the high speed crash in turn 3 and was sidelined before qualifying.  His practice times would have already assured him a 22nd place grid spot and it was anticipated he would make up many more positions in qualifying.  In the same practice session Darren Murrey had a radiator rupture due to the 100 degree temperatures and a brake master cylinder leak and release pressure, also keeping him out of qualifying.  

The team kept their heads up high and continued throughout the weekend repairing the machines and representing all of our partners to the many race fans and DUCATI supporters who stopped by the paddock.
